That the Honorable Mary Melinda Langston of DeKalb County, Georgia, be and she is hereby appointed as a member of the State Personnel Board to serve a term of office ending January 3,2005 and to succeed the Honorable Anne H. Kaiser, whose term expired.

That, in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated $45-18-5 1 (a)(l)(A), the Honorable Mary Melinda Langston of DeKalb County, Georgia, be and she is hereby appointed as a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Council to serve a term of office which shall correspond with her term of office as a member of the State Personnel Board.
