THE STATE OF GEORGIA
EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:
WHEREAS: On March 17, 1999, the body Crystal Tamika Rolle was discovered off Leguin Mill Road in Locust Grove, Georgia; and

WHEREAS: The cause of death has been ascertained as strangulation; and

WHEREAS:

Section 45-12-35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated provides that the Governor of the State of Georgia is authorized, in his discretion, to offer and cause to be paid a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons who have committed a felony in the State of Georgia.

NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, PARTICULARLY BY VIRTUE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE ABOVE CODE SECTION, IT IS HEREBY

ORDERED:

That a reward in the amount of $3,000.00 is hereby offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death 'of Crystal Tamika Rolle.
