Ordered:
That the Honorable Anita Middleton of Lumpkin County, Georgia, be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Juvenile Justice representing the ninth congressional district to serve a term of office ending July 6, 2001, and to succeed the Honorable Sherman R. Day, who resigned.
