That Honorable Glenn E. Hicks, III of Fulton County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Geo. L. Smith II Georgia World Congress Center Authority to serve a term of office ending 7/1/01 to succeed Honorable Sharon Adams, whose term expired.
