That Honorable Ben Purcell of Habersham County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Veterans Service Board to serve a term of office beginning 4/2/98 and ending 4/1/05 to succeed Honorable R. D. Smith, Jr., whose term is expiring.
