EXECUTIVE ORDER

ORDERED:
That pursuant to the authority vested in me by Article 5, Section II, Paragraph VIII of the Constitution of the State of Georgia, Honorable Marti Fullerton of Rockdale County, Georgia be and she is hereby appointed as Commissioner of Labor to serve a term of office ending December 31, 1998 to succeed Honorable David Poythress, who resigned.
