That Honorable Susan Lott Clark of Ware County, Georgia be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Council for the Arts to represent the eighth congressional district and to serve a term of office ending 7/11/2000 to succeed Honorable Nancy Brown, whose term expired.
