THE STA TE OF GEORGIA
EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:
WHEREAS: The 1997 General Assembly passed Senate Bill 271, creating the State Personnel Oversight Commission, and which bill was signed by me as Governor and became effective on April 29, 1997 as Act 471; and
WHEREAS: Senate Bill 271 provides that the Governor shall appoint three members to the State Personnel Oversight Commission, one of whom shall be designated as chairperson of the Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGI~ IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED: That the following named persons be and they are hereby appointed as members of the State Personnel Oversight Commission, whose terms shall expire on the dates designated herein:
