That Honorable Marbury Taylor Stegall of Fulton County, Georgia be and she is hereby appointed to serve on the Georgia Board of Nursing to serve a term of office ending 9/23/97 to succeed Honorable Jenny S. Jinks, who no longer qualified to serve according to law.
