That Honorable Joseph E. Kennedy of Evans County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve on the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia to serve a term of office ending 1/1/99 to succeed Honorable S. William Clark, Jr., who no longer resides in the first congressional district.
