That Honorable Conrad Jere Sechler, Jr. of Gwinnett County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Geo. L. Smith II Georgia World Congress Center Authority to serve a term of office ending 7/1/2000 to succeed Honorable Patrick Thomas, whose term expired.
