That Honorable Nick E. Giles of Taylor County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve on the Board of Commissioners of The Sheriffs' Retirement Fund of Georgia to serve a term of office ending 6/30/99 to succeed Honorable Jim Higgs, whose term expired.
