That Honorable Pamela Sturdivant-Stephenson of DeKalb County, Georgia be and she is hereby appointed as Executive Director of the State Health Planning Agency beginning June 1, 1996 and to serve at the pleasure of the Governor to succeed Honorable Dotty W. Roach.
