Pursuant to the authority vested in me by Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 16 of the United States Constitution, Article V, Section II, Paragraph III of the Constitution of the State of Georgia and Official Code of Georgia Annotated Section 38-2-152, Colonel Walter C. Corish, Jr., GaANG, be and he is hereby appointed as Commander Georgia Air National Guard to serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
