ORDERED: That Honorable Willis M. Boshears, Jr. of Richmond County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve on the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame Board to serve a term of office ending 7/1/99 to succeed Honorable R. 0. Barton, Jr. whose term has expired.
