RETRACTION: Regarding Appointment to the Conasauga Judicial Circuit D.A. Position
Atlanta, GA Due to a clerical error on our part, a notice went out earlier today that Governor Brian Kemp had appointed the Honorable Jason Souther to fill the District Attorney vacancy created by the appointment of Bert Poston to the Superior Court of the Conasauga Judicial Circuit. Judge Souther remains in his position as Juvenile Court Judge for Whitfield and Murray Counties.
Please disregard the notice of Judge Souther's appointment to the District Attorney position.
