HB 312 Employees' Retirement System of Georgia; Board of Trustees; include a qualified Roth contribution program in compensation plans
This bill adds a Roth contribution option to both the state's 401(k) and 457 plans, collectively known as Peach State Reserves (PSR), beginning 1/1/2018.

HB 366 Georgia Judicial Retirement System; definition of salary for the purpose of determining benefit amounts; revise
This bill changes the method of calculating retirement benefits for State Court Judges, Juvenile Court Judges, and Solicitors-General and would be based on the earnable monthly compensation from state funds instead of the average monthly compensation. The change would be effective as of 7/1/2018.
