The market is steady to occasionally weak to firm and the live supply is short to adequate for a weak to normal to good to demand. Average weights are desirable.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.00 (based on 1,896,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.7050 (based on 8,347,000 lbs.); whole breasts 96.00 (based on 979,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.3750 (based on 1,980,000 lbs.); thighs 54.50 (based on 1,233,000 lbs.); drumsticks 44.50 (based on 2,567,000 lbs.) leg quarters 32.00 (based on 8,052,000 lbs.) and wings $1.4250 (based on 3,873,000 lbs.).
