The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1175 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,031 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 94.00 to $1.1848 with a final weighted average of $1.1182 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady and the live supply is adequate to short for a very good to normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.0150 (based on 1,880,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.70 (based on 8,120,000 lbs.); whole breasts 94.50 (based on 979,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4550 (based on 1,844,000 lbs.); thighs 55.00 (based on 1,233,000 lbs.); drumsticks 48.50 (based on 1,592,000 lbs.) leg quarters 34.00 (based on 8,052,000 lbs.) and wings $1.42 (based on 3,845,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders is mostly good, occasionally normal; demand on skinless boneless breasts, thighs and wings is normal to good, mostly normal; demand on whole breasts is good to normal, mostly good; demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is good; demand on drumsticks is mostly normal, occasionally good; and demand on leg quarters is mostly normal, occasionally light to good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1175. The final weighted average was $1.1182 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is steady and the live supply is short to adequate for a very good to normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable with a mostly firm, occasionally lower, weak, steady and higher price trend.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.0150; skinless boneless breasts $1.70; whole breasts 94.50 boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4550 thighs 55.00; drumsticks 48.50; leg quarters 34.00; and wings $1.42. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light and heavy, with a good to balanced to occasionally light demand. Price trend on all parts is higher to lower, occasionally steady to weak.
