The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1375 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,024 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 90.00 to $1.1997 with a final weighted average of $1.1267 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to firm to occasionally weak, and the live supply is short to adequate for a good to normal, occasionally light, demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,749,400 head. This compares with 4,743,400 head last Monday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9950 (based on 2,422,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.0050 (based on 8,698,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.29 (based on 1,429,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4750 (based on 2,266,000 lbs.); thighs 77.00 (based on 1,173,000 lbs.); drumsticks 62.00 (based on 2,096,000 lbs.); leg quarters 50.00 (based on 8,597,000 lbs.); and wings $1.7050 (based on 3,870,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good; with the exceptions of skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters which is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; whole breasts which is normal to good, mostly normal; and boneless skinless thigh meat which is good to light, mostly good, occasionally normal.

Average weights are desirable with a mostly higher to weak, steady and firm, occasionally lower, price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,755,000 head. This compares with 4,511,800 head last Tuesday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.9950 skinless boneless breasts $2.0050 whole breasts $1.29; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4750; thighs 77.00; drumsticks 62.00; leg quarters 50.00; and wings $1.7050. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light, with a mostly balanced to good, occasionally light, demand.
