The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1375 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,024 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 90.00 to $1.20 with a final weighted average of $1.1266 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to firm to occasionally weak, and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,758,600 head. This compares with 4,788,600 head last Monday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9850 (based on 1,977,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.0150 (based on 8,541,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.26 (based on 1,479,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4350 (based on 2,312,000 lbs.); thighs 76.50 (based on 1,203,000 lbs.); drumsticks 59.50 (based on 2,365,000 lbs.); leg quarters 51.00 (based on 8,552,000 lbs.); and wings $1.70 (based on 3,850,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders and wings is good to normal, mostly good; demand on skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on whole breasts and boneless skinless thigh meat is good to light, mostly good, occasionally normal; and demand on thighs and drumsticks is normal to good, mostly normal.

The market tone for next week's trading is steady to firm to occasionally weak, and the live supply is short to adequate for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable with a mostly firm to lower occasionally steady to weak, price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,745,400 head. This compares with 4,591,300 head last Tuesday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.9850 skinless boneless breasts $2.0150 whole breasts $1.26; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4350; thighs 76.50; drumsticks 59.50; leg quarters 51.00; and wings $1.70. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light and heavy, with a mostly balanced to good, occasionally light, demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly higher to lower, occasionally weak and steady.

The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.96; skinless boneless breasts $1.8950; whole breasts $1.24; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.42; thighs 71.00; drumsticks 53.50; leg quarters 51.00 and wings $1.7350 Demand most parts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; with the exceptions of line run tenders and thighs which is good to normal, mostly good; and skinless boneless breasts and boneless skinless thigh meat which is good to light, mostly good, occasionally normal.
