The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1475 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,012 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 71 to $1.20 with a final weighted average of $1.1293 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is firm to steady to weak and the live supply is short to adequate to occasionally long for a good to normal to occasionally light demand. Average weights are desirable to occasionally heavy. Estimated slaughter today is 4,529,000 head. This compares with 4,691,000 head last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.8450 (based on 2,105,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.9250 (based on 8,987,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.2450 (based on 1,479,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4250 (based on 2,098,000 lbs.); thighs 72.50 (based on 1,233,000 lbs.); drumsticks 54.00 (based on 1,910,000 lbs.); leg quarters 45.50 (based on 8,852,000 lbs.); and wings $1.5250 (based on 3,824,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; with the exceptions of line run tenders, boneless skinless thigh meat and thighs which is mostly good to light, occasionally normal; and whole breasts which is normal to good, mostly normal.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1475. The final weighted average was $1.1293 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is firm to steady to weak and the live supply is short to adequate to occasionally long for a good to normal to occasionally light demand. Average weights are desirable to occasionally heavy with a firm to weak, occasionally lower, steady and higher, price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,689,700 head. This compares with 4,759,300 head last Tuesday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.8450 skinless boneless breasts $1.9250; whole breasts $1.2450; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4250; thighs 72.50; drumsticks 54.00; leg quarters 45.50; and wings $1.5250. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced, with a mostly good to balance to light demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly lower to higher, occasionally weak, steady and firm.

The market is firm to steady to weak and the live supply is short to adequate to occasionally long for a good to normal to occasionally light demand. Average weights are desirable to occasionally heavy. Estimated slaughter today is 4,717,600 head. This compares with 4,693,100 head last Wednesday.
The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.7350; skinless boneless breasts $1.74; whole breasts $1.1450; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4350; thighs 67.00; drumsticks 48.00; leg quarters 45.00; and wings $1.5450. Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; with the exceptions of whole breasts which is normal to good, mostly normal; boneless skinless thigh meat which is mostly good, occasionally light; and thighs and leg quarters which is mostly good to light, occasionally normal.
