The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.16 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,027 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of $1.03 to $1.2129 with a final weighted average of $1.1454 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is firm to steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short to occasionally long for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,506,100 head. This compares with 4,072,700 head last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.12 (based on 2,085,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.0550 (based on 8,480,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.2850 (based on 1,509,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.49 (based on 2,264,000 lbs.); thighs 76.00 (based on 1,233,000 lbs.); drumsticks 61.50 (based on 1,772,000 lbs.); leg quarters 47.50 (based on 8,852,000 lbs.); and wings $1.70 (based on 3,758,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; with the exceptions of whole breasts, thighs and drumsticks which is good to normal, mostly good; and boneless skinless thigh meat which is good to light, mostly good, occasionally normal.

2 JUNE 2015 TUESDAY The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.16. The final weighted average was $1.1454 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is firm to steady and the live supply is adequate to short to occasionally long for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable with a mostly firm to steady, occasionally lower, price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,659,300 head. This compares with 4,585,900 head last Tuesday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.12 skinless boneless breasts $2.0550 whole breasts $1.2850; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.49; thighs 76.00; drumsticks 61.50; leg quarters 47.50; and wings $1.70. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light and heavy, with a mostly balanced to good, occasionally light, demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly higher to lower, occasionally steady, firm and weak.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading remains unchanged at $1.16 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. The market is firm to steady and the live supply is adequate to short to occasionally long for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,618,700 head. This compares with 4,584,900 head last Wednesday.
The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $2.1150; skinless boneless breasts $1.96; whole breasts $1.26; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.48; thighs 70.00; drumsticks 56.50; leg quarters 47.00 and wings $1.69 Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; with the exceptions of whole breasts and thighs which is good to normal, mostly good; boneless skinless thigh meat which is mostly good, occasionally light and normal; and drumsticks which is normal to good, mostly normal.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.16 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 77% (representing 793 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a price range of $1.04 to $1.21 with a preliminary weighted average of $1.1509 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to firm and the live supply is adequate to short to occasionally long for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to occasionally a little light and a little heavy. Estimated slaughter today is 4,741,500 head. This compares with 4,552,100 head last Thursday.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.16 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 86% (representing 884 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of $1.04 to $1.21 with a preliminary weighted average of $1.1508 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to firm to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short to occasionally long for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,658,300 head. This compares with 4,613,700 head last Friday and Saturday.

Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good; with the exceptions of line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters which is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; and boneless skinless thigh meat which is good to light, mostly good.
