The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.16 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,027 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of $1.04 to $1.2198 with a final weighted average of $1.1444 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is firm to steady and the live supply is short to adequate for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,598,700 head. This compares with 4,575,200 head last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.1650 (based on 2,101,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.04 (based on 8,917,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.28 (based on 1,554,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.43 (based on 2,301,000 lbs.); thighs 76.50 (based on 1,233,000 lbs.); drumsticks 58.00 (based on 1,953,000 lbs.); leg quarters 49.50 (based on 8,952,000 lbs.); and wings $1.6750 (based on 3,871,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; with the exceptions of whole breasts and thighs which is good to normal, mostly good; boneless skinless thigh meat which is good to light, mostly good, occasionally normal; and drumsticks which is normal to good, mostly normal.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.16. The final weighted average was $1.1444 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is firm to steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is short to adequate for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable with a mostly firm to higher, occasionally weak and lower, price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,615,000 head. This compares with 4,600,500 head last Tuesday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.1650 skinless boneless breasts $2.04 whole breasts $1.28; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.43; thighs 76.50; drumsticks 58.00; leg quarters 49.50; and wings $1.6750. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light and heavy, with a mostly good to balanced, occasionally light, demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly higher to lower, occasionally steady and weak.

This compares with 4,611,300 head last Wednesday.
The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $2.1750; skinless boneless breasts $1.9850; whole breasts $1.24; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4550; thighs 70.00; drumsticks 53.00; leg quarters 49.00 and wings $1.7550 Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on whole breasts and thighs is good to normal, mostly good; demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is mostly good, occasionally light and normal; demand on drumsticks is normal to good, mostly normal; and demand on wings is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally very good and light.
