The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0450 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 997 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 93.00 to $1.1041 with a final weighted average of $1.0410 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,700,500 head. This compares with 4,023,500 head last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9050 (based on 1,732,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.8850 (based on 7,497,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.0650 (based on 1,807,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4350 (based on 1,251,000 lbs.); thighs 74.00 (based on 1,328,000 lbs.); drumsticks 73.50 (based on 1,347,000 lbs.); leg quarters 50.50 (based on 9,379,000 lbs.); and wings $1.30 (based on 3,483,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good; with the exceptions of skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters which is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; and whole breasts which is normal to good, mostly normal.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0450. The final weighted average was $1.0405 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is steady and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to a little light with a mostly steady, occasionally weak to lower, price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,788,400 head. This compares with 4,581,200 head last Tuesday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.8950; skinless boneless breasts $1.8850 whole breasts $1.08; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.3950; thighs 73.50; drumsticks 73.50; leg quarters 50.50; and wings $1.3050. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced, with a demand ranging good to balanced, occasionally light. Price trend on all parts is mostly higher to lower, occasionally weak and steady.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading remains unchanged at $1.0450 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. The market is steady, and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to occasionally light. Estimated slaughter today is 4,778,300 head. This compares with 4,586,300 head last Wednesday.
The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.8250; skinless boneless breasts $1.7950; whole breasts $1.0250; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4450; thighs 69.00; drumsticks 63.00; leg quarters 49.50 and wings $1.29. Demand on line run tenders, thighs, drumsticks, and wings is good to normal, mostly good; demand on skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on whole breasts is normal to good, mostly normal; and demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is mostly good, occasionally light to very good.

The market is steady, and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to light. Estimated slaughter today is 4,737,900 head. This compares with 4,730,700 head last Thursday.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0450 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 87% (representing 871 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 99.50 to $1.1041 with a preliminary weighted average of $1.0449 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady, and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to occasionally light. Estimated slaughter today and Saturday is 4,537,800 head. This compares with 4,674,400 head last Friday and Saturday.

Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts, leg quarters and wings is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on whole breasts is normal to good; demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is good to light; and demand on thighs and drumsticks is good to normal, mostly good.
Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 264,840 head. Estimated hen slaughter for the corresponding week a year ago was 144,700 head.
Estimated total slaughter for the week ending today for broilers and fryers is 23,422,300 head. This compares with 23,302,900 head of broilers and fryers for the corresponding week a year ago.
