The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.14 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,022 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of $1.03 to $1.19 with a final weighted average of $1.1297 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to firm and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy. Estimated slaughter today is 4,523,400 head. This compares with 4,765,500 head last Monday.
Estimated slaughter for Friday and Saturday was 3,978,200 head. This compares with 5,053,200 head last Friday and Saturday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.96 (based on 1,998,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.99 (based on 8,167,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.22 (based on 1,843,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4050 (based on 2,010,000 lbs.); thighs 75.50 (based on 1,327,000 lbs.); drumsticks 55.00 (based on 2,448,000 lbs.); leg quarters 52.00 (based on 9,079,000 lbs.); and wings $1.5650 (based on 3,713,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on whole breasts and drumsticks is normal to good, mostly normal; demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is normal to good, mostly normal, occasionally light; and demand on thighs and wings is good to normal, mostly good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.14. The final weighted average was $1.1297 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is steady to firm and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy with a firm and steady to lower price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,772,700 head. This compares with 4,756,200 head last Tuesday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.96 skinless boneless breasts $1.99 whole breasts $1.22; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4050; thighs 75.50; drumsticks 55.00; leg quarters 52.00; and wings $1.5650. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally heavy and light with a mostly balanced to good, occasionally light demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly higher to lower, occasionally firm, weak and steady.

The market is steady to firm and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy. Estimated slaughter today is 4,744,500 head. This compares with 4,628,900 head last Wednesday.
The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9050; skinless boneless breasts $1.92; whole breasts $1.1850; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.42; thighs 68.50; drumsticks 50.00; leg quarters 51.50 and wings $1.57 Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; with the exceptions of whole breasts and drumsticks which is normal to good, mostly normal; and thighs and wings which is good to normal, mostly good.
