The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.1325 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,014 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of $1.03 to $1.1979 with a final weighted average of $1.1207 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is firm to steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy. Estimated slaughter for today is 4,659,500 head. This compares with 3,789,400 head last Monday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.3950 (based on 1,962,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.1350 (based on 8,299,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.26 (based on 1,758,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.5150 (based on 1,474,000 lbs.); thighs 75.00 (based on 1,327,000 lbs.); drumsticks 65.00 (based on 1,788,000 lbs.); leg quarters 53.00 (based on 9,079,000 lbs.); and wings $1.4450 (based on 3,679,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders and boneless skinless thigh meat is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on skinless boneless breasts and drumsticks is normal to good, mostly normal; demand on whole breasts, thighs and wings is good to normal, mostly good; and demand on leg quarters is normal to good, mostly normal, occasionally light.

The market tone for next week's trading is firm to steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable with a mostly firm to weak and steady, occasionally higher and lower price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,831,100 head. This compares with 4,819,300 head last Tuesday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.3950 skinless boneless breasts $2.1350 whole breasts $1.26; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.5150; thighs 75.00; drumsticks 65.00; leg quarters 53.00; and wings $1.4450. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light with a mostly good to balanced, occasionally light demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly lower to higher, occasionally steady and weak.

The market is firm to steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to very good to good demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,860,200 head. This compares with 4,817,700 head last Wednesday.
The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $2.41; skinless boneless breasts $2.15; whole breasts $1.2550; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.5050; thighs 74.00; drumsticks 62.50; leg quarters 52.50 and wings $1.4750. Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good; with the exceptions of line run tenders and leg quarters which is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; boneless skinless thigh meat which is normal to good, mostly normal, occasionally light; and drumsticks which is normal to good, mostly normal.

The market is firm to steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to very good to good demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 166,700 head. Estimated hen slaughter for the corresponding week a year ago was 267,811 head.
