The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0750 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 999 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 91.65 to $1.1400 with a final weighted average of $1.0797 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to firm and the live supply is adequate to short for good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little light. Estimated slaughter today is 4,713,200 head. This compares with 4,708,400 head last Monday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.2650 (based on 1,753,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.10 (based on 7,513,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.16 (based on 1,798,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.40 (based on 1,256,000 lbs.); thighs 75.50 (based on 1,327,000 lbs.); drumsticks 71.00 (based on 1,347,000 lbs.); leg quarters 55.00 (based on 9,349,000 lbs.); and wings $1.3650 (based on 3,483,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders is good to very good, occasionally normal; demand on skinless boneless breasts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally very good; demand on whole breasts, thighs, drumsticks, and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good; demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is good to very good, mostly good; and demand wings is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0750. The final weighted average was $1.0797 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is firm to steady and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little light with a mostly steady price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,704,400 head. This compares with 4,469,400 head last Tuesday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.2650; skinless boneless breasts $2.10 whole breasts $1.16; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.40; thighs 75.50; drumsticks 71.00; leg quarters 55.00; and wings $1.3650. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light and heavy with a mostly good to balanced, occasionally very good to light, demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly lower to higher, occasionally steady and weak.

This compares with 4,765,800 head last Wednesday.
