The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.06 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,000 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 87.00 to $1.1080 with a final weighted average of $1.0423 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is mostly steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short to occasionally long for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy in a few instances. Estimated slaughter today is 4,622,100 head. This compares to 4,727,400 head last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.07 (based on 1,758,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.96 (based on 7,608,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.15 (based on 1,868,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.5150 (based on 1,251,000 lbs.); thighs 75.00 (based on 1,327,000 lbs.); drumsticks 76.00 (based on 1,347,000 lbs.); leg quarters 53.50 (based on 9,374,000 lbs.); and wings $1.4450 (based on 3,483,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good with the exceptions of line run tenders and skinless boneless breasts which is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light, and whole breasts which is normal to good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.06. The final weighted average was $1.0423 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is mostly steady to occasionally weak, and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy with a steady to weak and lower price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,428,400 head. This compares with 4,736,400 head last Tuesday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.07; skinless boneless breasts $1.96; whole breasts $1.15; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.5150; thighs 75.00; drumsticks 76.00; leg quarters 53.50; and wings $1.4450. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light and heavy with a demand ranging mostly balanced to good to occasionally light. Price trend on all parts is mostly lower to higher, occasionally weak, steady, and firm.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading declined .25 to $1.0575 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. The market is steady to occasionally weak, and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy. Estimated slaughter today is 4,786,800 head. This compares with 4,427,900 head last Wednesday.

The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $2.06; skinless boneless breasts $1.90; whole breasts $1.13; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.5350; thighs 73.50; drumsticks 67.00; leg quarters 53.50 and wings $1.4450. Demand on line run tenders, thighs, and drumsticks is good to normal, mostly good; demand on skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on whole breasts is normal to good, mostly normal; demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is good; and demand on wings is normal to good.

The market is steady to weak, and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy in a few instances. Estimated slaughter today is 4,797,400 head. This compares with 4,785,400 head last Thursday.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0575 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 87% (representing 877 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 99.50 to $1.1065 with a preliminary weighted average of $1.0548 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to occasionally weak and slightly firm, and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy in a few instances. Estimated slaughter today is 4,590,600 head. This compares with 4,791,500 head last Friday and Saturday.

Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good with the exceptions of skinless boneless breasts which is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; whole breasts which is normal to good, mostly normal; and leg quarters and wings which is normal to good.
Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 232,240 head. Estimated hen slaughter for the corresponding week a year ago was 166,801 head.
