The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0650. 100% (representing 1,000 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 88.00 to $1.1110 with a final weighted average of $1.0441 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is steady to occasionally weak and firm, and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy in a few instances with a steady to occasionally lower price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,756,900 head. This compares with 4,776,200 head last Tuesday. Monday's slaughter was 3,593,600 head.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.1150 (based on 1,732,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.0250 (based on 7,522,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.20 (based on 1,882,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.54 (based on 1,241,000 lbs.); thighs 74.50 (based on 1,352,000 lbs.); drumsticks 77.50 (based on 1,352,000 lbs.); leg quarters 53.50 (based on 9,374,000 lbs.); and wings $1.44 (based on 3,483,000 lbs.). Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are mostly balanced to occasionally light and heavy with a demand ranging balanced to good to occasionally light. Price trend on all parts is lower to higher, occasionally weak, steady, and firm.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading declined .25 to $1.0625 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. The market is steady to occasionally weak and firm, and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,744,700 head. This compares with 4,761,100 head last Wednesday.

The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $2.10; skinless boneless breasts $1.9850; whole breasts $1.1950; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.5550; thighs 73.00; drumsticks 66.50; leg quarters 53.50 and wings $1.4550. Demand on line run tenders and skinless boneless breasts is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on whole breasts and wings is normal to good; demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is good; demand on thighs, drumsticks, and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0625 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 73% (representing 730 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a price range of 99.90 to $1.1095 with a preliminary weighted average of $1.0577 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to slightly weak and firm, and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,768,700 head. This compares with 4,752,200 head last Thursday.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.0625 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 87% (representing 874 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 99.90 to $1.1095 with a preliminary weighted average of $1.0578 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal demand. Average weights are desirable to a little light in a few instances. Estimated slaughter today is 4,709,200 head. This compares with 4,823,000 head last Friday and Saturday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.10 (based on 1,474,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.04 (based on 6,186,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.2250 (based on 1,174,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.52 (based on 1,045,000 lbs.); thighs 74.50 (based on 1,218,000 lbs.); drumsticks 74.50 (based on 1,079,000 lbs.); leg quarters 53.50 (based on 7,909,000 lbs.); and wings $1.44 (based on 3,211,000 lbs.). Demand on most parts is good to normal, mostly good with the exceptions of line run tenders and skinless boneless breasts which is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light, and whole breasts and wings which is normal to good.
Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 301,748 head. Estimated hen slaughter for the corresponding week a year ago was 321,842 head.
