The Georgia f.o.b, dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 90.75 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 212 to 3 pound birds. 97% (representing 945 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 74.00 to 99.05 with a final weighted average of 89.93 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market continues moderate and the live supply is adequate for a normal demand. Average weights are in full range, but are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,383,500 head. This compares with 4,625,300 head last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.95 (based on 1,700,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.5150 (based on 7,468,000 lbs.); whole breasts 88.50 (based on 1,460,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.19 (based on 1,219,000 lbs.); thighs 71.50 (based on 1,098,000 Ibs.); drumsticks 71.50 (based on 1,277,000 lbs.); leg quarters 53.50 (based on 9,557,000 Ibs.); and wings $1.86 (based on 3,735,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders and skinless boneless breasts is good to occasionally light, mostly normal; whole breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat and thighs ranges mostly normal; drumsticks and wings is good to normal; while the demand on leg quarters is normal to good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 90.75. The final weighted average was 89.93 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is unchanged and the live supply is adequate for a mostly balanced demand. Average weights are desirable with a price trend ranging mostly steady. Estimated slaughter today is 4,619,100 head. This compares with 4,625,400 head last Tuesday.

The f.o.b, dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.95; skinless boneless breasts $1.5150; whole breasts 88.50; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.19; thighs 71.50; drumsticks 71.50; leg quarters 53.50; and wings $1.86. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are mostly balanced. Price trend on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts is weak to firm, mostly weak; whole breasts and drumsticks is firm; while the price trend on boneless skinless thigh meat, thighs and leg quarters ranges firm to weak, mostly steady.

The Georgia f.o.b, dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading remains unchanged at 90.75 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 212 to 3 pound birds. The market is steady and the live supply is adequate for a demand ranging mostly normal. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,607,800 head. This compares with 4,611,700 head last Wednesday.

The f.o.b, dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9350; skinless boneless breasts $1.4850; whole breasts 88.50; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.2250; thighs 71.00; drumsticks 65.00; leg quarters 53.50; and wings $1.8450. Demand on line run tenders and skinless boneless breasts is occasionally good to light, mostly normal; whole breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings ranges good to normal; boneless skinless thigh meat is normal; while the demand on leg quarters is normal to good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 90.75 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 21jz to 3 pound birds. 74% (representing 726 loads) ofthe loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 85.53 to 99.04 with a preliminary weighted average of 90.32 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is generally moderate and the live supply is adequate for a normal to occasionally good, mostly normal demand. Average weights are ranging desirable to occasionally heavy, but are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,673,700 head. This compares with 4,791,100 head last Friday.
The f.o.b, dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.94 (based on 976,000 Ibs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.49 (based on 4,460,000 Ibs.); whole breasts 89.00 (based on 943,000 Ibs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.18 (based on 807,000 Ibs.); thighs 71.50 (based on 760,000 Ibs.); drumsticks 70.00 (based on 752,000 Ibs.); leg quarters 53.50 (based on 5,108,000 Ibs.); and wings $1.8350 (based on 2,142,000 Ibs.). Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is normal to good, mostly normal; whole breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings ranges good to normal; while the demand on boneless skinless thigh meat is normal.
Trading on heavy breeder type hens was balanced. The market undertone is slightly lower with offerings adequate for a normal to light demand. Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 316,600 head. This compares with 220,700 head the same time a year ago.
