The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 95.75 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 97% (representing 972 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 80.00 to $1.0211 with a final weighted average of 95.30 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is generally steady and the live supply is adequate for a normal to good demand. Average weights are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,748,300 head. This compares with 4,386,500 head last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.97 (based on 1,773,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.59 (based on 7,414,000 lbs.); whole breasts 99.00 (based on 1,496,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.30 (based on 1,231,000 lbs.); thighs 72.00 (based on 1,417,000 lbs.); drumsticks 68.00 (based on 1,417,000 lbs.); leg quarters 53.50 (based on 9,486,000 lbs.); and wings $1.83 (based on 3,870,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders and skinless boneless breasts is good to occasionally light, mostly normal; whole breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat and thighs is normal to good, mostly normal; drumsticks is good to normal, mostly good; while the demand on leg quarters and wings ranges normal to occasionally light, mostly good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 95.75. The final weighted average was 95.30 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is generally steady and the live supply is adequate for a normal to good demand. Average weights are mostly desirable with a steady price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,710,000 head. This compares with 4,404,900 head last Tuesday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.97; skinless boneless breasts $1.59; whole breasts 99.00; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.30; thighs 72.00; drumsticks 68.00; leg quarters 53.50; and wings $1.83. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced; with a demand ranging good to light, mostly balanced. Price trend on all parts is firm to weak, occasionally steady.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading advanced .25 to 96.00 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. The market is mostly steady and the live supply is adequate for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,721,700 head. This compares with 4,418,400 head last Wednesday.

The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.92; skinless boneless breasts $1.5950; whole breasts $1.00; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.32; thighs 72.00; drumsticks 66.50; leg quarters 53.50; and wings $1.8350. Demand on line run tenders is light to occasionally good, mostly normal; skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to occasionally light, mostly normal; whole breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat and thighs is normal to good, mostly normal; while the demand on drumsticks and wings ranges good to normal, mostly good.

The market is steady and the live supply is adequate for a mostly normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 5,050,000 head. The market is steady and the live supply is adequate for a normal to good demand. Average weights are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today and Saturday is 4,912,300 head. Demand on line run tenders is light to occasionally good, mostly normal; skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to light, mostly normal; whole breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat and thighs is normal to good; drumsticks is good to normal, mostly good; while the demand on wings ranges good to occasionally light, mostly good.
Trading on heavy breeder type hens is moderate. The market undertone is unchanged with offerings adequate for trade needs. Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 180,250 head. This compares with 293,500 head the same time a year ago.
