9 JULY 2012 MONDAY The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 94.75 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2Yz to 3 pound birds. 89% (representing 909 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of77.00 to 99.96 with a final weighted average of93.90 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to occasionally weak, mostly steady and the live supply is adequate for a mostly normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to occasionally light. Estimated slaughter today is 4,598,200 head. This compares with 4,661,400 head last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.0750 (based on 1,761,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.61 (based on 7,414,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.01 (based on 1,496,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.31 (based on 1,231,000 lbs.); thighs 74.00 (based on 1,417,000 lbs.); drumsticks 74.00 (based on 1,417,000 lbs.); leg quarters 52.00 (based on 9,486,000 lbs.); and wings $1.8450 (based on 3,870,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to light, mostly normal; boneless skinless thigh meat is normal to light, mostly good; while ;the demand on whole breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings ranges good to normal, mostly good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 94.75. The final weighted average was 93.90 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is unchanged and the live supply is adequate for a good to light, mostly balanced demand. Average weights are occasionally light to heavy, but mostly desirable with a steady price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,654,900 head. This compares with 6,948,500 head last Tuesday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.0750; skinless boneless breasts $1.61; whole breasts $1.01; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.31; thighs 74.00; drumsticks 74.00; leg quarters 52.00; and wings $1.8450. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced. Price trend on line run tenders, whole breasts, and wings ranges firm to weak, mostly firm; with the exception of skinless boneless breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat, thighs, drumsticks and leg quarters is occasionally steady, mostly weak to firm price trend.

11 JULY 2012 WEDNESDAY The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading remains unchanged at 94.75 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2Y:z to 3 pound birds. The market remains steady and the live supply is adequate for a normal to occasionally good, mostly normal demand. Average weights are desirable to light, mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,647,000 head. There was no report last Wednesday due to the holiday.

The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load Jots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $2.03; skinless boneless breasts $1.5950; whole breasts $1.01; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.3050; thighs 73.50; drumsticks 67.50; leg quarters 51.00; and wings $1.8750. Demand on most parts are good to normal, mostly good; with the exception of boneless skinless thigh meat and leg quarters which are good to light, mostly normal; while line run tenders and skinless boneless breast is normal to good.

The market is steady to occasionally weak, mostly steady and the live supply is adequate for a mostly normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to occasionally light in a few instances but are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,625,500 head. This compares with 4,639,900 head last Thursday.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 94.75 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2Yz to 3 pound birds. 75% (representing 768 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 87.22 to 99.97 with a preliminary weighted average of 94.39 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is mostly steady and the live supply is mostly adequate for a normal to good demand. Average weights are desirable to light, but are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,494,800 head. This compares with 4,887,100 head last weekend.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.0550 (based on 1,008,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.5850 (based on 4,255,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.01 (based on 892,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.33 (based on 786,000 lbs.); thighs 74.50 (based on 959,000 lbs.); drumsticks 73.50 (based on 703,000 lbs.); leg quarters 51.00 (based on 5,186,000 lbs.); and wings $1.8650 (based on 2,260,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat and leg quarters ranges good to light, mostly normal; while the demand on whole breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings is good to normal, mostly good.
Trading on heavy breeder type hens was balanced. The market undertone is unchanged with offerings adequate for trade needs. Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 305,340 head. This compares with 184,000 head the same time a year ago.
