The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 90.00 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2Yz to 3 pound birds. 97% (representing 964 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 74.00 to 99.02 with a final weighted average of 89.53 f.o.b, dock or equivalent. The market remains moderate and the live supply is generally adequate for a normal to occasionally good, mostly normal demand. Average weights are desirable to heavier than desired in a few instances. Estimated slaughter today is 4,461,100 head. There was no report last Monday due to the New Year's Day holiday.

The f.o.b, dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9250 (based on 1,700,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.4950 (based on 7,468,000 Ibs.); whole breasts 83.50 (based on 1,460,000 Ibs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.19 (based on 1,219,000 Ibs.); thighs
n.oo (based on 1,098,000 Ibs.); drumsticks n.50 (based on 1,277,000 Ibs.); leg quarters 53.00 (based on 9,557,000 lbs.);
and wings $1. 7150 (based on 3,735,000 Ibs.). Demand on line run tenders and skinless boneless breasts is good to normal; whole breasts, thighs and leg quarters ranges normal to good; boneless skinless thigh meat is normal; drumsticks is good; while the demand on wings is very good to good.

10 JANUARY 2012 TUESDAY
The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 90.00. The final weighted average was 89.53 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is slightly higher and the live supply is adequate for a balanced to good demand. Average weights are mostly desirable with a steady to firm price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,630,200 head. This compares with 7,139,300 head last Tuesday and the Monday New Year's Day holiday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.9250; skinless boneless breasts
$1.4950; whole breasts 83.50; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.19; thighs n.oo; drumsticks n.50; leg quarters 53.00;
and wings $1.7150. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced. Price trend on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat, thighs and leg quarters ranges firm to weak, mostly steady; while the price trend on whole breasts, drumsticks and wings is firm.

11 JANUARY 2012 WEDNESDAY
The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for next week's trading advanced .25 to 90.25 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2Yz to 3 pound birds. The market slightly higher and the live supply is adequate for a demand ranging normal to good. Average weights are desirable to heavier than desired in a few instances. Estimated slaughter today is 4,588,000 head. This compares with 4,588,400 head last Wednesday.

The f.o.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9350; skinless boneless breasts $1.5150; whole breasts 85.00; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.2250; thighs 71.00; drumsticks 66.50; leg quarters 53.50; and wings $1.7750. Demand on line run tenders and thighs is normal to good; skinless boneless breasts, whole breasts, drumsticks and leg quarters ranges good to normal; boneless skinless thigh meat is normal; while the demand on wings is good to very good.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 90.25 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2Yz to 3 pound birds. 55% (representing 549 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 85.50 to 99.03 with a preliminary weighted average of 89.97 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is fully moderate and the live supply is adequate for a normal to good demand. Average weights are ranging mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,601,700 head. This compares with 4,600,600 head last Thursday.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 90.25 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2Yz to 3 pound birds. 74% (representing 730 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 85.50 to 99.03 with a preliminary weighted average of 90.01 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market continues fully moderate and the live supply is adequate for a good to normal holiday demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,494,000 head. This compares with 5,022,400 head last weekend.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9450 (based on 976,000 Ibs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.5250 (based on 4,460,000 Ibs.); whole breasts 85.00 (based on 943,000 Ibs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.1850 (based on 807,000 Ibs.);
thighs n.oo (based on 759,000 Ibs.); drumsticks 69.50 (based on 760,000 Ibs.); leg quarters 53.50 (based on 5,328,000
Ibs.); and wings $1.79 (based on 2,204,000 Ibs.). Demand on line run tenders and leg quarters is normal to good; skinless boneless breasts is good to normal; whole breasts and drumsticks is mostly good; boneless skinless thigh meat and thighs is normal; while the demand on wings ranges very good to good.
Trading on heavy breeder type hens was generally balanced. The market undertone is mostly unchanged with offerings adequate for trade needs. Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 171,700 head. This compares with 223,300 head the same time a year ago.
