16 MAY 201 1 MONDAY The Georgia f.0.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 86.506 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2% to 3 pound birds. 99% (representing 992 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 80.006 to 94.486 with a final weighted average of 85.616 f.0.b. dock or equivalent. The market is moderate and the live supply is adequate for a demand ranging normal to good. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,696,900 head. This compares with 4,675,400 head last Monday.

The f.0.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this

week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9750 (based on 1,785,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.5050 (based on 7,639,000

lbs.); whole breasts 90.506 (based on 1,560,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.29 (based on 1,276,000 lbs.); thighs

85.616 f.0.b. dock or equivalent. The market tone for next week's trading is unchanged and the live supply is adequate for a

good to light, mostly balanced demand. Average weights are desirable with a firm to weak, mostly steady price trend.

Estimated slaughter today is 4,688,100 head. T h s compares with 4,676,400 head last Tuesday.

The f.0.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $1.9750; skinless boneless breasts $1.5050; whole breasts 90.506; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.29; thighs 66.506; drumsticks 67.506; leg quarters 49.006; and wings 77.006. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are mostly balanced. Price trend on line run tenders and skinless boneless breasts is mostly weak; whole breasts and wings is weak to firm, mostly steady; boneless slunless thigh meat is steady to firm; while the price trend on thighs, drumsticks and leg quarters is mostly firm.

full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade " A sized 2% to 3 pound birds. The market is steady and the live supply is

adequate for a mostly normal demand. Average weights are desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 4,675,300 head. This

compares with 4,678,700 head last Wednesday.

The f.0.b. dock quoted prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for next week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9750; skinless boneless breasts $1.50; whole breasts 90.506; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.33; thighs 67.506; drumsticks 62.506; leg quarters 49.006; and wings 76.506. Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts and leg quarters is good to light, mostly normal; whole breasts aria wings ranges normal to good; while the demand on boneless skinless thlgh meat, thighs and drumsticks is good.

The market is fully moderate and the live supply is adequate for a demand ranging good to normal. Average weights are desirable to lighter than desired in a few instances. Estimated slaughter today and Saturday is 5,139,100 head. This compares with 5,155,600 head last weekend.
The f.0.b. dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for t h s week's trading are: line run tenders $1.93 (based on 1,054,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.4650 (based on 4,570,000 lbs.); whole breasts 89.50# (based on 895,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.3250 (based on 807,000 lbs.); thighs 67.00$ (based on 657,000 lbs.); drumsticks 66.00# (based on 691,000 lbs.); leg quarters 49.50$ (based on 6,530,000 lbs.); and wings 76.50# (based on 2,326,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts and wings is normal to occasionally light, mostly normal; whole breasts and boneless skinless thigh meat is normal; thighs and drumsticks is good; while the demand on leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good.
Trading on heavy breeder type hens was moderate to good. The market undertone is unchanged with offerings adequate for full trade needs. Estimated hen slaughter for the week ending today is 301,300 head. T h s compares with 197,700 head the same time a year ago.
