The market tone for next week's trading is unchanged to slightly weak and the live supply is mostly adequate for a light to good, mostly balanced demand. Average weights are ranging heavy to occasionally light but are mostly desirable, with a weak to mostly steady price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 3,348,500 head. This compares with 3,321,000 head last Tuesday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: skinless boneless
breasts $1 .95; whole breasts 91.50; leg quarters 27.50; and wings 48 . 00 . Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are mostly balanced . Price trend on all parts is weak to mostly steady; with the exception of leg quarters which occasionally ranges firm to weak, mostly steady.

Demand on skinless boneless breasts and whole breasts is mostly normal; leg quarters is good to mostly normal; while the demand on wings ranges light to good, mostly normal to light.

continues moderate and the live supply is adequate for a normal to good, mostly normal demand.

Average weights are desirable to heav ier than desired in a few instances. Estimated slaughter

today is 3,307,400 head. There was no report last Monday.

The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: skinless boneless breasts $1.89 (based on 1,520,000 Ibs.); whole breasts 89.00 (based on 2,982,000 Ibs.); leg quarters 27.50 (based on 6,841,000 Ibs.); and wings 45.50 (based on 1,488,000 Ibs.). Demand on all parts is normal to good; with the exception of whole breasts which ranges good to normal, mostly good.

The market continues generally moderate and the live supply is mostly adequate for a light to good, mostly normal demand. Average weights are occasionally ranging light to heavy, but are mostly desirable. Estimated slaughter today is 3,404,200 head. This compares with 3,969,900 head last weekend.
The f.o .b. dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: skinless boneless breasts $1.96 (based on 1,351,000 Ibs.); whole breasts 92.00 (based on 2,686,000 lbs.); leg quarters 21.00 (based on 6,622,000 Ibs.); and wings 49.00 (based on 1,292,000 Ibs.). Demand on all parts is normal to mostly good ; with the exception of leg quarters which ranges good to light, mostly normal.
Trading on heavy breeder type hens was moderate. The market is lower with offerings more than ample for a fair demand. Estimated slaughter for the week ending today is 113,900 head. This compares with 181,200 head the same time a year ago. Prices paid at farm on 1 pounds and over for this week's slaughter were l3.00 to l5 .00, mostly 13.00 with higher quote based on prior commitment. The projected slaughter for next week is 43,300 head. Negotiated prices for next week's slaughter are 10.00.
ESTIMATED SLAUGHTER FOR THE WEEK ENDING TODAY: Broilers and fryers are 16,545,300 head. This compares with 16,225,300 head of broilers and fryers for the corresponding week a year ago.

The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is 116.75 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 1/2 to 3 pound birds. 93% (representing 7211 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of 1l1.25 to 52.50 with a final weighted average of 116.27 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market
continues fully moderate and the live supply is mostly adequate for a normal to good demand. Average weights are mostly desirable . . Estimated slaughter today is 3,322,100 head. This
compares with 3,353,300 head last Monday.

to normal, mostly good; with the exception of leg quarters which ranges good R4E ~, ~~~ l l y

light, mostly normal to good.
