In the Georgia Grown Building
In 2014, video ads were a huge success for those that took advantage of them in the Georgia Grown building at the Georgia National Fair. That comes with no surprise since, there were 456,023 visitors to the Georgia National Fair.
This year, video ads will be played all 11 days of the fair on a quad of 80 inch TV screens. On top of that, the screens will be centrally located in The Seasons and Faces of Georgia Agriculture exhibit so that everyone is sure to see. Act fast because there are a limited number of minutes available.

The Economics of Avian Influenza
Poultry is Georgia's most valuable agricultural commodity, contributing some $28 billion to the state's bottom line.
"More than 100,000 Georgians depend on the poultry industry either directly or indirectly for their livelihoods," said Mike Giles, president of the Georgia Poultry Federation. "We have about 3,700 small family farms engaged in producing poultry. Taking all of that into account, an outbreak of avian influenza in Georgia could impact many thousands of Georgians and have a significant impact on Georgia's economy."
Outbreaks of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza have been reported in 15 states since the beginning of the year. Subsequently, eggs in many places of the country have already doubled in price, and turkey supplies for the Thanksgiving season may be limited. Continue Reading
