Georgia Grown at the Georgia National Fair
Another Successful Year!
The Georgia National Fair had a record breaking year with more than 500,000 visitors! The Georgia Grown Pavilion also had its best year in sales reaching more than $75,000. It was an exciting week as more Georgian's were able to learn about the farmers that make their food while trying some of the delicious Georgia Grown products at the same time!

Georgia Grown at the Savannah Food and Wine Festival
Georgia Grown has a lot to offer this year at the Savannah Food and Wine Festival. On Monday, November 9th, we're celebrating our rich wine history with the first ever Georgia Grown Trustees Wine Challenge Dinner. The best of class Georgia wines will be awarded, while Georgia Grown chefs will be preparing a five-course ultimate Peach State dining experience. All of the culinary delights will be prepared with foods grown in Georgia and products made in Georgia, served with Georgia Gold Medal Award winning wines. This ultimate Georgia Grown dinner will feature a Georgia Gold reception, where guests will get to taste the Gold Award nominated wines and taste some great hors d'oeurves. Guests will get to meet the chefs and winemakers behind each course, and expect to have a Georgia winemaker sitting at your table! This is definitely the way to get Georgia on your mind. The Taste of Savannah has an exciting new venue this year! The new site is located at the Georgia State Railroad Museum: 655 Louisville Road Savannah, Ga.
