Place sweet potatoes In large saucepan~ith just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are fork tender (about 10 minutes). Drain potatoes and place them in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
Whisk together remaining Ingredients. Pour mixture over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir to coat potatoes with liquid and bake 15 minutes more until sauce is thick and bubbly.

The Universily of Georgia Cooperative Extension, U.S. Departme nl of Agriculture, Georgia Department of Agriculture. and Georgia &oil and Water Conservation Commission, along with other federal, state, and private organi7..ations, are cooperating to sponsor four Conservation, Wildlife, and Farmland Protection Workshops across the state.
Parricipants will learn abouL the different conservation. wildlife and forestry, and farmland protection programs that are available, how lhey can participate in lhese programs, and if there are tax implications for some of these decisions.
General sessions in the morning will focus on governmental and nongovernmental org anization (NGO) wildlife programs as well as an overview of conservalion easements and farm land protection programs. After lunch, partic ipants can attend any one of several

concurrent sessions that address specific topics and progran1s.
