CLARA'S OWN CHOCOLATE FROSTING 2 cups granulated sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 cup butter* g 1/2 cup milkg 1 teaspoon vanilla
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, except vanilla. Boil for 2 minutes; remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool and beat until frosting reaches consistency for spreading.
*Can use 1/2 cup peanut butter in place of butter. (Be careful not to scorch.)

Handicraft Edition
The next handicraft edition of the Market Bulletin will be published Jan. 21. Deadline for notices is Jan. 7.
An affidavit stating that the handicraft item was made by the individual advertiser and not purchased for resale, must be included with the notice. Otherwise, it will not be published.

Horse Edition
The special horse edition of the Farmers and Con sumers Market Bulletin is scheduled for Jan. 14. This issue will include notices for horse shows in January, February and March, as well as, at stud notices, boarding facilities and miscellaneous equine equipment. Deadline for the edition is Dec. 31.
Owners are reminded that notices included in the "horses, ponies and mules for sale" column and "at stud" column, must be accompanied by a copy of a valid, negative Coggins test (made within past 12 months). Ads submitted without this test will not be published.
If your organization has a show scheduled for January, February or March, submit your announcement, not to exceed 30 words by Dec. 31.
Seedling Sale Continues
If you are a homeowner who would like to add shade, screening and seasonal color to your grounds at a nominal cost, consider ordering tree seedlings from the DeKalb County 4-H Club. Seedlings, as well as blueberry and crape myrtle plants, still are available to order.

The Georgia Department of Agriculture is celebrat ing the holiday season with some help from the Geor gia Christmas Tree Asso ciation. David Ridgeway Farms of Jackson donated a beautiful flocked Vir ginia pine on behalf of the Association to "spruce up" the Department during the holidays.
