By Senators Kirkpatrick of the 32nd, Walker III of the 20th, Robertson of the 29th, Payne of the 54th, Anavitarte of the 31st, and others: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2 of Article 3 of Chapter 50 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to licensing of veterinarians and veterinary technicians generally, so as to exempt certain sterilization services performed by out-ofstate veterinarians from licensing requirements; to provide for temporary licenses for outof-state veterinarians; to provide for exceptions; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
