EXEMPTIONS REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS ROLL-CALL VOTE FOR PASSAGE:
HB 1268 by Representative Hawkins of the 27th HALL COUNTY: A bill to provide a homestead exemption from Hall County ad valorem taxes in an amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base year assessed value of the homestead, while being subject to annual increases of up to three percent.
HB 1269 by Representative Hawkins of the 27th CITY OF GAINESVILLE: A bill to provide a homestead exemption from City of Gainesville ad valorem taxes in an amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base year assessed value of the homestead, while being subject to annual increases of up to three percent.
HB 1270 by Representative Hawkins of the 27th HALL COUNTY: A bill to provide a homestead exemption from Hall County School District ad valorem taxes in an amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base year assessed value of the homestead, while being subject to annual increases of up to three percent.
HB 1271 by Representative Hawkins of the 27th CITY OF GAINESVILLE: A bill to provide a homestead exemption from City of Gainesville School District ad valorem taxes in an amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base year assessed value of the homestead, while being subject to annual increases of up to three percent.
