HB 1248 by Representative Leverett of the 123rd ELBERT COUNTY: A bill to provide a homestead exemption from Elbert County School District ad valorem taxes for residents who are 65 years of age and older and whose homestead's market value does not exceed $250,000.
HB 1249 by Representative Leverett of the 123rd ELBERT COUNTY: A bill to provide a homestead exemption from Elbert County ad valorem taxes for residents who are 65 years of age or older in an amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base year assessed value of the homestead.
