HB 1003 by Representative Dunahoo of the 31st JACKSON COUNTY: A bill to provide a homestead exemption from Jackson County School District ad valorem taxes for citizens that are 62 years of age or older in the amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base year value of the homestead.
HB 1004 by Representative Dunahoo of the 31st JACKSON COUNTY: A bill to revise a homestead exemption from Jackson County School District ad valorem taxes for certain residents by increasing the amounts and income limit.
HB 1025 by Representative Ridley of the 22nd CHEROKEE COUNTY: A bill to revise a homestead exemption from Cherokee County School District ad valorem taxes for senior and disabled residents with an added residency requirement.
HB 1068 by Representative Dunahoo of the 31st CITY OF JEFFERSON: A bill to revise existing homestead exemptions and add new exemptions for the City of Jefferson.
