** O B I T U A R Y **
Mrs. Susie Hester Thomas departed her life October 9, 1979, in Atlanta, Georgia.
She was born in Columbia County and joined the Crawford Grove Baptist Church at an early age. She was presently living in Atlanta.
She married Eugene James "Sonny" Thomas and has eight lovely children.
Two daughters, Ms. Armilla Simpson, and Awanda Thomas; six sons, Aubrey, Carl, Derrick, Rickey, Eric, and Marion Thomas, all of Atlanta, Georgia. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Parks; three sisters, Mrs. Lois Andrews, Mrs. Fancie Jackson, and Mrs. Mary Ramsey; six brothers, Theron Parks, James Parks, Paul Parks, John Parks, Joseph Parks, and Albert Myers; mother-inlaw, Mrs. Mae Thomas; one son-in-law, Micheal Simpson; four grandchildren, four aunts, seven uncles, and many other relatives and friends.
