Uncles have a special role. N o t being ourfa th er, they can be afrie n d and a supporter in a different way than anyone in our lives. They are both a relative and a companion; one o f thefe w people able to be both. W hether they are crazy a n d w eird and only seen a t holidays or our life mentor, the loss o f an uncle is a particularly hard one. T h eir loss, however; is fille d w ith the years o fhappy memories we had, and that
special connection th a t belongs only to uncles.
