DEACON XAVIER WINFRED BROOKS was born on October 18,1959 in Augusta, Georgia to the late Henry Charles Brooks, Sr. and Mary Dickerson Brooks. He departed this life on Monday, December 5,2016.
Winfred was converted and baptized in 1966 at the age of seven years old, under the pastorate of the late Reverend Essie Mae McIntyre.
He attended the public schools of Richmond County and was a 1978 graduate of T.W. Josey Comprehensive High School.
