- In this continuing interview between James Costen and J. W. Smith, Smith talks about his experience leading the Seventh Street Church. They discuss Smiths ministry, and how he worked to make improvements to church administration, and his work with the boy scouts. He talks about the qualities of pastors and how the pastor is the key to the church. They talk about Dr. McKoy and other personalities on the Board of Christian Education. They additionally discuss leadership in the Black Presbyterian Church the current state of the restructuring of the church.
