- This study investigated the factors that influenced pregnant adolescents' decisions to abort or to deliver. These factors included social economic status, relationship with partner, support for decision and future goals and education. This descriptive study used data gathered from thirty adolescents seeking an abortion or adolescents entering parenthood. A self administered 26 item questionnaire was given to 30 participants in a Teen Parent Program and Midtown Women's Health Group. Chi-Square and frequencies were performed to analyze the data. The hypothesis was accepted at .05 level of significance.
