- The overall objective of this study is to shed light on the role played by family environment among young offender. To attain this objective, the following factors were addressed: demographic factors, family relationships, psychosocial factors, and delinquent behavior. A descriptive research design was used in this study. Family Environment Scale and Family Awareness Scale were used to gather data at a local Youth Development Campus. A population of 37 youth ranging in age from 12 to 18 was obtained from this facility. This Youth Development Campus provide various services, including: student's educational needs, social services, recreation, psychological, psychiatric, and medical services. T-test analysis noted a significant relationship between the two groups; therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected.
